Ingredients
- 1½ lb (700 g) pork shoulder or lamb, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or lard
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups beef or pork broth
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 12 oz (340 g) green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional
