Hungarian Pork Paprikás (Paprikás Sertés) is a classic comfort-food dish featuring tender pieces of pork simmered slowly with onions, sweet Hungarian paprika, and a rich, creamy sauce. The result is deeply savory, mildly sweet, and wonderfully comforting—especially when served with nokedli (Hungarian dumplings).
